- Sports other than soccer requires permission before use (permission granted after considering possible amount of damage on the field)
- At least 4 people must gather to make a reservation
- Gwanak Residence Halls prohibits exclusive use of the field outside reservation time
- A team of 10 or more students cannot use the field exclusively during the free hours (no morning soccer clubs allowed)

Application Process
- ① Check available hours
- ② Submit documents (use Electronic document approval system)
- Use Electronic document approval system(Recipient: Gwanak Residence Halls) or visit the Administration office in person
- Required content: Purpose of the event, date, number of participants, and contact information of the host of the event
- Required file attachments: Application for reservation, Consent form for facilities, Plan form for facilities (a copy of each)

Available Range for Reservation
- ① Official event of the department (e.g. Homecoming event, department sports event, etc.)
- ② Reservation from the department level is limited to once every 2 months
- ③ Available within 4 hours after approval

- ① Phone call or verbal reservations are not permitted
- ② The main host of the event must be the applicant
- ③ Reservation will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the deadline

- ① 15 or more residents must each fill out a GRH resident certificate for reservation
- ② No more than half of the applicants can be from the same department or college (Department events are not allowed)

- - Refund within 2 weeks after confirmation of cancellation
- ① Cancellation at least 3 days before the reserved date will result in a 50% refund of the total payment
- ② No refund 1~3 days prior to the reserved date
- ③ However, in case of cancellations due to natural disasters such as rain, earthquakes, infectious diseases, and etc., a full refund will be provided (applicable on the day of use).
- ④ Cancellation on the day of your reservation due to yellow dust officially authorized by Meteorological Administration is exceptions (100% refund)
- ※ In the case of ③ and ④, the ‘Application for cancellation and refund’ must be submitted within 3 days after the relevant date.

- Change the Reservation

- - To change the reservation time, please ask at least 3 days before use.
- - Fill out and submit the ‘Facility reservation (change) application’
- - You can only change the time within 1 week from the reservation date. Time changes cannot be made on the day of reservation.

- Sports Field must be used in accordance with the permitted hours, number of people and purpose No pets allowed in the Sports Field No singing loudly and drinking (amplifier facilities are not allowed) No smoking, cooking or using firearms No soccer shoes with metal fittings If facilities damaged, users should restore and make compensation for damages Follow the instructions and requirements from the administrator Before applying for the reservation, you must carefully read the ‘Facilities Usage Guidelines’
