Application Process
- ① Check available hours
- ② Submit documents (use Electronic document approval system)
- Use Electronic document approval system(Recipient: Gwanak Residence Halls) or visit the Administration office in person
- Required content: Purpose of the event, date, number of participants, and contact information of the host of the event
- Required file attachments: Application for reservation, Consent form for facilities, Plan form for facilities (a copy of each)

Available Range for Reservation
- ① Official event of the department (e.g. Homecoming event, department sports event, etc.)
- ② Reservation from the department level is limited to once every 2 months

- ① Cancellation at least 3 days before the reserved date will result in a 50% refund of the total payment
- ② No refund 1~3 days prior to the reserved date
- ③ Cancellation on the day of your reservation due to natural disasters such as earthquakes or infectious diseases (relevant to government guidelines) is exceptions (100% refund)
- ※ In the case of ③ and ④, the ‘Application for cancellation and refund’ must be submitted within 3 days after the relevant date.

- - To change the reservation time, please ask at least 3 days before use.

- - You can only change the time within 1 week from the reservation date. Time changes cannot be made on the day of reservation.

- Do not enter in case of suspicious COVID19 symptoms Refrain any action that may spread droplets(Recommend to wear a mask) The number of people using the court in the gym cannot not exceed 30 people (number of people sitting at the bench does not count) Gym must be used in accordance with the permitted hours, number of people and purpose No singing loudly and drinking (amplifier facilities are not allowed) No smoking, cooking or using firearms Only water and soft drinks are allowed. No FOOD Wear indoor sneakers (No slippers, soccer shoes, etc) Not allowed to wear dress shoes, soccer shoes. slippers, etc. other than indoor shoes If facilities damaged, users should restore and make compensation for damages Various equipment installed in the gym is prohibited from being moved or taken outside Keep the gym tidy after the use Follow the instructions and requirements from the administrator You may get penalty points and gym use will be forbidden for violation of above rules Before applying for the reservation, you must carefully read the ‘Facilities Usage Guidelines’
