Open Hours
    • 09:00 ~ 21:00
    • Each person can use the room for up to 3 hours a day (limited to once a week)
Range of Use
    • GRH residents can use anytime
    • Non-residents (SNU members) can only use on Friday and Saturday (limited to once a week)
    • Outsiders or groups are not allowed to use

General Reservation
    • Application Period1 months ~ 1 week prior to date for use
    • Application Process
      1. ① Access ‘Reserve Room’ (mySNU> SNU Support> Reserve Room)
      2. ② Check available hours
      3. ③ Apply for reservation (attach the ‘Plan form for facilities’)
      4. ④ Confirm reservation
    • Other Detail
      1. ① Please visit the Joint Operations located B1 of Bldg. 920 and ask for opening the Hall before use
Rules of Use
    • No food, smoking, or pets allowed in the Dain Hall If breaking rules, you could receive a warning Reservation can be canceled if there is an official event for GRH or other circumstances Make sure to clean up after use Follow the instructions and requirements from the administrator Before applying for the reservation, you must carefully read the ‘Facilities Usage Guidelines’
