Fire Prevention
- Residents fulfill their duty of care in the use of facilities and communal living with a healthy and good sense of community.
- Residents strive to prevent fire and do not engage in any act that threatens safety, such as smoking or using dangerous substances in the building.
- Residents pass through only the designated entrance and divulge the room password to others for building security.
- In the event of an emergency such as an infectious disease, residents follow the dormitory procedures without any delay.
- Residents are alert to generation of noise and odor, and follow the dormitory's procedures in case of related complaints.
- Residents do not transfer, lease, or change the structure of facilities.
- Residents manage facilities not to be damaged, and when facilities break down, notify the dormitory staffs so that they can take action.
- If the dormitory determines that the living environment of the flat is not suitable for residents, residents have to follow the dormitory's procedures.
- Residents actively cooperate with allowing dormitory staffs to enter the flat in case of room inspection or safety management.
- Residents do not live with anyone other than the resident himself and an approved cohabitant, and if there is a change in cohabitation, get approval from the dormitory in advance.
- In the event of a change of contact information for the occupant himself or the approved living partner, residents have to notify it immediately.
Precautions when moving in
- Residents pay the dormitory fees (deposit, management fee, surcharge) faithfully within the period set by the dormitory according to the prescribed method.
- Residents pay the tenant's expenses in good faith
- Household utility bills, such as electricity, gas, and water usage charges used by tenants in the household
- Restoration costs due to damage, pollution, or loss of equipment and facilities due to intentional or negligence of the occupant
- Consumables inside the household are replaced by the tenant at their own expense.
