Move-out
- Submit the move-out applications one month in advance.
- 1) Online move-out application in MySNU.
- 2) Offline move-out application: Download the move-out application form, fill it out, and visit the Administration office (Building 900) to submit.
- *Both online and offline submissions are madatory
- For those expecting childbirth, it is possible to extend the residence period (when the expected due date falls from 3 months before to 2 months after the designated move-out date).
- If you fail to move out within the specified period, measures will be taken according to Article 20, Paragraph 3 of the Family Residence Regulation.

Move-out Procedure
- Visit the management office (building 934), handle the facility turnover, and receive the utility meter reading number.
- Settlement of electricity and gas bills until the move-out date.
- ① Electricity: Call 02-123 → Call to operator (press 0) → calculate the bill with meter
- ② Gas: Call 02-878-0074 → Call to operator (press 0) → calculate the bill with meter
- Visit the administration office (building 900) to settle the water fee and monthly maintenance fee until the move-out date.
- The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days from the move-out date.
