Registration

  • Students who fail to complete enrollment procedure(documents(medical certificate & copy of the passport) submission & Fee payment) within the registration period will be considered to give up the registration and your reserved room will be handed over to the next candidates automatically.
  • For the graduate students, the dormitory fee is paid monthly. Therefore they have to set up for the autopay, or cash management system (CMS) from the bank prior to move-in.
Required Documents for International Students(Including Exchange Students)
    • 1. Required documents (3 types)
        • ① Copy of passport (1 sheet): ID photo, date of birth and signature must be included. 


        ② Original copy of health certificate (1 sheet): 
        Chest X-ray or PPD test result must be included(Photography X-ray test sheet cannot be submitted).
        
※ Note: This is to check for tuberculosis infection, and the method of diagnosing tuberculosis infection varies by country. So if you only have a medical result that substitutes for the mentioned tests, please indicate the details clearly.
        
※ The health certificate is valid only for the test result within 6 months from the date of moving in (In case of documents issued before 6 months, move-in can be disapproved).
        
※ Health Certificate should be in only Korean or English

        

        ③ Original copy of measles vaccination record (1 sheet): Please choose and submit one of the followings.
        
a. Documents showing your second measles vaccination. (if you have already received both measles vaccinations, you can submit the relevant documents)
        
b. Documents showing that your reaction for the measles antibody test is "positive".
