The questions in this scale ask about your feelings and thoughts during the last month In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way.

9. In the last month, how often have you been angered because of things that happened that were outside of your control?

  • 0~12 points : The level of stress you are experiencing is normal. You are psychologically stable.
  • 13~15 points : It seems you are experiencing a bit of stress. Try exercise, light walks, meditation, or other methods that help you release stress.
  • 16~18 points : It seems you are experiencing a moderate level of stress. We recommend you actively try to find a way to release your stress, and meet a professional counselor if you wish.
  • 19 points or more : It seems you are experiencing a high level of stress and hardships in your daily life. We recommend that you visit the counseling center for additional tests and speak with a professional counselor about your current state.
